I bought the following four flavours of cookies from Marks and Spencer the other day:
and M&S Fairtrade Double Chocolate Cookies
Now I feel so guilty as I have no control over my eating limits. I should have resisted the 2 for 2.50 offer. Sigh..but then again, I have yet to buy any junk food from M&S. I thought that since CNY is approaching, I should treat myself something good. Now I am certain it definitely not a wise choice. Despite having such a heavy dinner, I was unable to resist the temptation of the blueberry and oat cookies. Bad news. I am certain that this is going to get worse.
