Quick update...

6th Jul to 10th Jul:

My first week of vacation attachment programme. I was attached to TRACOM for introductory lessons on Penal Code, CPC, Seizable and non-seizable offences, etc. For that whole week ,we had training on Police Defensive Tactics(PDT). I must admit that I really need more training on this.

11th Jul:

I met up with my secondary friends. It was my first time seeing Ding Zhou and Ying Seng since Sec 4. It was really nice to meet up with them, especially Siti, Yvonne, Shi Hui and Eugenia. Eugenia was "really bad" to hide things from me. Fortunately, Siti kept me updated. When will it be Siti's turn?? haha..Anyway, we went bowling and ice-skating. I am really lousy at bowling and after 2 hours of what is supposed to be ice-skating, I only managed to do "ice-walking". Many thanks to Ding Zhou and Ee Boon for patiently guiding me along. I do not mind ice-skating in future, except that it is quite expensive. I guess that I will have to work harder so that money will start roling in. Before I forget, I must say thank both Eugenia and Ee Boon for being our chauffeur for the day.

12th Jul:

I met up with YF and Siti for lunch and window shopping. However in the end,we only had dessert at New York Restaurant. It was such a coincidence that I met Ai Ting at there. Guess what?? Ai Ting has cut her hair to a shoulder-length level. It was not too bad, but as usual, she is still so sexy..haha..

13th Jul:

I had PDT assessment on that day. The tester was kind enough to pass all of us, but ultimately, we will have to repeat everything when we begin our C-course.

14th Jul:

I was attached to 'G' Division. We had an insight on what a Division is like. 'G' Division is one of the most busy divisions around with an average of 600 cases a day.

15th Jul:

I was attached to CCU and CMU. For both units, we went for raids, however not major ones.

16th Jul:

I was at MP NPC. The NPC is like a five stars condo.

17th Jul:

I was at BS NPC. We were there for a 12 hour overnight shift. There were hardly any major cases, which means that the place is secure. More often than not, there were more cases that were not in line with the core duties of SPF. Nonetheless, we have since become more service-oriented. I am probably still not used to staying up throughout the night, resulting in me taking an hour plus of nap. I must say that it is indeed an eye-opener for me to see what are the policemen doing while most people are sleeping. To be honest, I am still looking forward to the 24hr shift, despite me being certain that I will be dead beat even before 24hrs is up.

18th Jul:

I reached home only at 9+am, after leaving the house at 4+pm the day before. I was surprisingly not tired until the afternoon. I had my dinner at 'Dian Xiao Er'. I have finally tasted the food at there, and I must mention that it is quite good.
