What a GREAT WEEKEND:)On Saturday, I met Yvonne, Yin Foong, Shi Hui, Su Wen, Eugenia and Carol for dinner. We went to Holland Village to settle our meal. As I am going overseas, I had the privilege to choose what I feel like eating. It just happened that Crystal Jade La Mian Restaurant was in front of me, thus, we ended up eating at there. Guess what? Yin Foong, Eugenia, Su Wen and I ordered the same dish, i.e. Zha Jiang Mian. The only difference is that both Yin Foong and I chose the "dragon beard" la mian, while Su Wen and Eugenia ordered "Er Si" la mian. Shi Hui ordered Spicy Beef La Mian, Yvonne ordered Fresh Shrimp Dumpling La Mian and I cannot remember what Carol ordered. As Yin Foong was not feeling well, the food tasted tasteless to her, and she do not really have the appetite to eat, hence she did not finished the HUGE bowl of la mian. I am not kidding, the bowl of la mian is really huge. I felt really amazed the Su Wen "complained" that she still do not feel full after eating the entire bowl of la mian. I was here struggling to finished up the bowl of la mian when she was making the comment. I felt so bloated after eating. Burp...Nonetheless, the Zha Jiang La Mian was delicious. If you have not tried it, do so the next time;)
Anyway, we took lots and lots of photos in the restaurant. Not to mention, we were relatively noisy in comparison to the other diners. We were practically whipping out our cameras and taking photos. It was then I realise that Eugenia likes to 'zi pai'. I must say I felt really amused by the sight. Then, there is a 'so-called' mini autograph session. This was because I was busy collecting signatures, as it was an assignment to me by Xin Fei. The main point is I felt so proud of myself that I managed to collect the remaining four out of five people signatures. What an achievement!!! When the bill came, do then I realised that the six of them had long intended to treat me. I felt so touched and embarrassed. Nevertheless, I will like to say a HUGE thank you to all of you. I did not expect all of you to treat me. Actually I thought that we were going dutch. Shi Hui said that that was why she ignored me when she asked Yin Foong if she has $30. I was, at that point of time, offering to pay the $30 first. Even after we left the restaurant, we continued taking tonnes of photos. I guess that that was because it had really been a long time since we last met each other. Taking as many photos as possible will be a wonderful remembrance to have. What was extremely prominent in one of the photos that we have taken was Shi Hui's butt. To set things straight, the topic was not started by me in the first place. After that, things spiralled out of control. Eugenia started "showing off" her butt, and Su Wen was busy chasing her just to try to snap a shot of her butt. It was a funny scene that kept all of us laughing aloud. Soon after that, we saw the formation of He Se Hui (secret society). It all started because one of them said Yvoone, Yin Foong, Shi Hui and Eugenia were wearing black tops. It ended up with me filming them cracking their brains as to how to say that they were members of the Hei Se Hui. The entire video lasted for around 50 seconds. No wonder my camera battery went flat soon after the filming. On the whole, I enjoyed myself TREMENDOUSLY!!! :D

Today, my family had a chocolate fondue party. Of course my eldest sis boyfriend, Alvin and my second sis boyfriend, Jonathan, joined in. The chocolate fondue machine was brought over by Johnathan. The fruits and marshmallows were sponsored by my sisters. Mummy helped to make the chocolate mixture for the machine. As my piglet and B2 were sent for washing, I included them in in some of the photos that were taken. That was because I had arranged them on the sofa in the living room. And guess what? My sisters brought their toys out as well. COPYCATS!!!haha;) This was the first time I dipped fruits in chocolate flowing down from a chocolate fondue machine. It was quite fun:) Of course, as usual, I took my camera out to take lots of photos. Imelia Jie Jie also took out her canon camera to take photos. There were numerous of glam and unglam photos being taken. I shall sift through the photos before uploading them. I liked the one taken with my family. Hence, I will without doubt upload that photo. Regarding the rest, I shall think twice..Oh, there was a photo which I termed it as 'abuse' photo. The soft toys were bullied by people other than their owner. That is interesting. In other words, I will certainly upload it. There was a fruit cake bought by Mummy for Imelia Jie Jie to celebrate her graduation. I liked the cream as it had a lemon taste. Yum..We ended up feeling extremely full after all the chocolate-coated fruits and cake. Imelia Jie Jie and Alvin bought a shawl from Zara for me to bring to UK. I liked the shawl a lot. Thank You!!!
Dinner was sumptuous too. We had Beijing Roasted Duck and steamboat. There were so many ingredients to be put into the soup base. Originally, there were only yu piao, fishballs and pig stomachs in the soup. We added two types of vegetables, sotongs, fish, abalone, mushrooms and prawns in the soup. Not to forget, there was also fishcakes. We were practically beginning round 2 of eating..and as usual, we felt extremely full after that. I knew that there were much more food during each meal these days as I was going overseas. I think that my parents were afraid that I will miss the food here a lot, that was why I ate so many types of dishes these days. True enough, I will definitely miss mummy yummy home-cooked food. Therefore, I am trying to learn to cook more dishes. Hopefully, I will be able to whip up sumptuous meals in time to come.:D
