Today, I went to collect the tickets to Friday's night cultural show and meal, but unfortunately, they have all been sold out. So sad:( I thought that I will want to make use of Friday night to makke more new friends. Anyway, I then went to register for modules outside the main discipline. And guess what? I chose to learn German language!!! I will definitely take up French language when I am in year 2:) After that, Iwent for the societies fair and there were lots of different societies. There were a few societies that I am interested in, however I am particularly concern about the timing of the meetings and the cost of joining. Anyway, I did something that I have done first time in my life. TADA!!! I bought a catus for GBP1.99 + a base for the pot of plant for 30 pence. It is a really beautiful catus that I did not regret buying. Oh, by the way, I finally have a proper meal after days of indecent meals. Priscilla, Lui Yee and I cooked beef patties, boiled rice and microwaved baked beans for dinner. YUMYUM!!! We are going for the city tour tomorrow to get some groceries before cabiing back to hostel. That is because we are intending to buy loads of stuff for the week. Ona seperate note, I have taken pictures of the sports shoes which was a gift from my second sis and her boyfriend. Please do not complain that I did not take pictures of the sports shoes already ok? haha:)
