Today, I went to meet Mrs Joey Tan because I wanted to pass her a gift. Although it is only a small token of appreciation, I sincerely hope that she will like it. Time really passes as we talked for about 1.5hrs before she had to leave. I think she really likes her children having first names beginning with J, just like her name. Her first son is called Joshua while her second son is called John. She said that if the second child was a girl, she would have name it Joy. See what I mean:)In the afternoon, I went out with my family. Papa drove me to NPP so that I can collect my bank draft. Of course, I have to hand over some documents too. After that, Chariene Jie Jie suggested eating Ngoh Hiang at the famous stall at Potong Pasir. YUMMY FOOD! It has been some time since I last ate it. I ended up feeling bloated after eating too much. However, I would say that it was satisfying:) Then, we went to Sim Lim Square to buy a headset and a microphone. The main purpose is that I will be able to communicate with my family. YEAH!!! I had a fun time testing it when I reached home.
Oh ya, I forgot to mentioned that I started to learn how to cook with a slow cooker today. For a start, I boiled green bean soup. It is extremely easy. For the next few days, I am going to learn how to cook more dishes with a slow cooker. Oh..I bought a rice cooker too. I have to learn how much rice should I put into it so that I will be able to cook just enough for myself to consume. In time to come, I hope that I will be able to whip up delicious meals;)
Ok..I finally know how to change the time after exploration..HOORAY!!!
