This week has been a rather busy one for me. After 2 days of relief teaching on Monday and Tuesday, I went for an orientation programme that will last for a week. Oh ya, just before I forget, I saw a snake on Monday morning while I was jogging with my parents. SO SCARY!!! It is long and shiny, and it was gliding slowly when I spotted it. Hope that I would NEVER EVER have to see a snake again in my life. I know that it sounds quite ironic that since I was born in the year of snake, but oh well..The orientation programme by the SPF was fun at times. I enjoyed the trip to the K9 dog unit. We got to see how the dogs perform their duties, from sniffing out different kinds of drugs to sniffing out different kinds of chemicals used in explosives. I must say that I am truly impressed by their ability to be able to differentiate the between a myriad of smells. Out of the four main breeds that the unit used, I must that springer spaniel is the cutest dog of all;) Anyway, we got to take photos with the dogs..YEAH!!!:D

Taking photo with Nemo and friends;)

Cute NEMO!!!

The pretty female German shepherd refused to look at my camera:(

A pretty female German shepherd..
Apart from this, I enjoyed the Friday trip to APD. It is because we got a chance to visit T3, see the new security features in place as well as do window shopping. Overall, I feel that APD has a peaceful working environment, and T3 has a wonderful environment for tourists to be in. However, I will not be departing from T3 but T1 instead. Who knows, in future, I might be arriving and departing from T3;)
Anyway, I finally got luggages for my trip to UK. And guess what? I bought (to be truthful, it's actually my dad the one who bought it) 3 luggages!!! Two of the luggages are meant for checking-in, while the smallest one is meant to be a hand-held luggage. Therefore, I have settled the problem of lugagge. Nonetheless, I have yet to settle my visa application, bank account, apllication for a certificate of no criminal conviction, and so on. Sigh, so many things to do. Got to go and sleep soon..tired...
