I've been really busy teaching these days..In the morning, I have to teach primary school students, and on every Monday and Wednesday evenings, I have to teach secondary 4 students. It is indeed very tiring for me, but I prefer earning and spending my money than that of my parents. This is especially since I am already of an employable age.

One thing that I dislike about teaching is having students who refused to pay attention to you. It can be really frustrating as you are trying hard to explain the concepts, while they are only interested in playing. It is understandable that kids generally do not have long attention span, however, they should at least be considerate enough to keep quiet, so that those who are willing to listen will have the chance to do so. Notwithstanding this, I know that it is hard for the kids to spare a thought for others as they are almost always so hyperactive. The worst part comes when you have to constantly raise your voice at them so that it will not be covered by their voices. I think that if I were to do long-term teaching, I will need to keep a packet of logenzes in my bag to prevent my voice from going coarse. Quite exaggerating, but who cares;)

On a side note, I think I better brush up my cooking skills so that I can cook for my flatmates as well as myself when I'm overseas.

Anyway, I do not look forward to teaching later in the evening. ARGH!!!
